OMG! Finding this pasta was the 2026 gold mine of the year. I am a pasta lover (LOVE) and I'm very picky. This tastes and cooks just like normal pasta. I appreciate the calorie and carb deficit and that there's some protein in it. No brainer, this is the only pasta I'll ever want or need in my home. I cook it for 18-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Enjoy!

I don't know how they do it but Fiber Gourmet has changed pasta in my house. Cooks up like normal pasta, although the cook time is a little longer compared to other brands. Also, it takes a lot to push it past al dente, which is good for me because I like al dente pasta, but if you like squishy overcooked pasta you may not like it. the fact that we can have normal pasta dishes with significantly fewer calories is a huge win.
