Very accurate, good quality, and I just love the "how" they work - genius - no more crappy little batteries that die between each use.

I am well pleased with my purchase of the Spurtar Stainless Steel Vernier Caliper. I have a digital one and just got fed up with it. Forget to switch it off, changing battery's, resetting it all the time.

Very accurate, well made
Very accurate and easy to read. Nicely made with no play in the moving parts. Very good value

Poor construction
Looked promising until I discovered a screw was missing form the retaining strap for the depth gauge. Fortunately Amazon returns process was very easy although inconvenient to have bought substandard goods. It might be German engineering, but the construction was most certainly Chinese.

Cannot fault the is device. Does what it is supposed to do.. works (slides) well arrived in good order; German engineering..

Calibro di ottima qualità ad un prezzo eccezionale.
Ottimo calibro manuale analogico costruito con acciaio inox . Il calibro è dotato di doppia scala , centimetri e pollici ed è estremamente preciso . A tal proposito ho misurato con un micrometro centesimale il diametro interno di una boccola e l'ho confrontato con il valore rilevato dal calibro e i 2 valori corrispondevano esattamente. Viene fornito con un astuccio in plastica rigida, un righello metallico millimetrato di 10 cm e un piccolo panno per la pulizia . Il prezzo è assolutamente conveniente.

Good quality and no batteries. It just works.
The quality is obvious at a glance. I didn't realize it comes with a case which is a good thing for a guy like me who loses tools. It also came with a small ruler. A tool I recently misplaced, so a replacement out of the blue is appreciated.
