Great book! Auto-deliverance is something to think about and plan properly.This only applies to believers who truly want to set themselves free from old habits.You can't put to death what you think is keeping you alive.Basically just telling yourself no. Either it's old habits, bad habits, or any other habit, bringing all to the obedience of Christ.Retraining yourself to do the right things, not the selfish things.
