The media could not be loaded. We bought 5 of these chairs for our barbershop and 3 out of the 5 are falling apart. The backrest piston for 3 chairs has a broken seal and needs to be replaced. Now, when customers are sitting on the chair, the backrest is coming undone and customers are falling backward. See Video Attached.Here is the email we got from DIR customer service."Replacement pistons are $55 each, plus $25 shipping. Our manufacturer's warranty is one year from the date of delivery, and your chairs are outside of the warranty period. While we can sell you any replacement parts at cost, we are unable to extend the warranty coverage past a year, as per management."Just a heads up if you buy this chair, you are buying a obsolescence (made to break) product.
