I ordered this product for the fact that it will help seal the cuticle of my hair. My hair has become over moisturized from using products that are too heavy for my fine hair, and jas started to look and feel damaged. I used this shampoo for the first time last night and air dried my hair. Usually, if I air dry, my hair is completely stuck to my scalp and my hair looks nasty. And if I diffuse, my hair looks super poofy and frizzy. I have curly hair and have lost a lot of curl from being over moisturized and after the first use of this product, I'm seeing curls forming in areas that I havent seen curl in a long long time. My hair still needs fixing but I thing I'm headed in the right direction. My hair dried nicely too, it doesn't feel stuck to my scalp, it feels very light and fluffy. I'm going to continue to update this review as I wash my hair more with this product. As a disclaimer, I dont use conditioner because it hair doesn't need the added moisture and I just hate it. So I'm using this product alone, without the matching conditioner. Oh! And another huge bonus of this shampoo is that it smells BOMB. Even on the bottle, it talks about aromatherapy and it's no joke. It's not overpowering at all, it smells very natural and earthy, fully of essential oil scents. It made the whole shower experience very pleasant and honestly made me feel very relaxed. Five stars so far! Update: I've washed with this shampoo 4 times now and I'm still loving the results. Continuing to have curl in areas where I didn't before and my hair feels and looks much healthier. I've added the AG cloud foam as a styler and the 2 together make my hair look so soft and shiney!! Still 5 stars from me!

I did some research on great shampoos for oily hair, and found this product. Overall, it works great. I like how it is (mostly) plant based, and it does smell nice. My only complaint is that I was looking for a product that would keep my hair looking "not greasy" for more than one day, but day after using it, my hair still looks like "hair that was washed the day before." This may be a "me problem" instead of a "product problem." Overall, it is a decent shampoo and I would recommend it.

I like to aroma and feel of this shampoo. Hair is soft and healthy feeling after I use it.

I am a black woman with very coily hair and this product cleans my scalp and the length of my hair very well. In my opinion the smell is good. It's not my favorite as I like more sweet, vanilla type scents and this is more of an organic scent if that makes sense but that's obviously not important as it's shampoo and will be rinsed out regardless. Lastly, I love the way this product suds up with water and because a little goes a long way, it lasts a very long time especially if you're someone who washes their hair weekly like me.

Hair felt cleaner after I used it the first time. Felt fluffier and more volumous and just lighter. I’ve used it a few other times and noticed hair feels very dry, the shampoo doesn’t seem to have any moisturizing component. Wouldn’t recommend for daily use. Would I repurchase when bottle runs out? Probably not. But it is better than most shampoos out there.

I have been using this shampoo for years, purchased from AG hair care website and it was a great shampoo BUT this time it is different, hard to mix with water and makes my hair looks oily unlike usual. I don’t know if it was stored in bad condition or it is expired as there is no expiration date on the bottle. Sadly I returned it.

Noticed the difference in just one wash! Leaves my hair feeling so clean and soft.. gentle enough to use as a daily shampoo. Works great to remove hard water deposits on hair & scalp!

It’s so disappointing that after a delay of a month and finally receiving such an expensive shampoo most of the content had leaked. It’s really very upsetting
