Started on these because the brand i normally use I can't get right now. The surprise is the work BETTER than what I have been taking. My chiropractor recommends these so I got them. I love this stuff and don't ever want to run out of it. I've had arthritis in my back for several years. Then my hips started hurting so decided to try Glucosamine. After all Cosaquin helped my dog so figured Glucosamine could help me too. I read several reviews and decided on the Solgar brand. It works great. Now I can walk without pain or having to stop to rest my hip. I'm up to 2 miles now. Great stuff.

Actually these tablets are well coated and so swallowing is not too difficult. I noticed a significant decrease in my overall aches and pains. Smoother mobility!!

Vitamins are of excellent quality, this is not the first time I have taken them. good dosage and quantity allows you to buy a package and drink the course with the whole family.

I believe Solgar brand of supplements is the best, although usually the most expensive. If cost is not a consideration, I would always pick Solgar over other brands.

Taking these consistently is key! And it works. I ran out and I could feel my knee getting twitchy again. This is worth every penny!

I've used this brand a few years ago when a broke my knee. Later, I found something similar at a lower price. When, recently, I started looking for calcium at a reasonable price, I found, at Amazon, this product with Ester C, at the same price my last product was but it is Glucosamine -I do not remember originally, how much this product cost (without Ester C). I take daily 2 tablets in the a.m., when (now) my two knees are achy, along with vitamin D, and the rest of vitamins for the day. Later, I realize I do not have pain anywhere in by body, it last the whole day. I'm ready to order another bottle. 180 tablets last 3 months, with this economy without hope, it is an excellent help. Recommended 100% for women over 50, at such of low price at Amazon!!!
