Insane!First let me tell you that this product is worth every penny if you need to train those feet and ankle muscles that most people never do(unless you have been exercising barefoot with a good foot arch most of your life). Now, the customer service? Incredible! They respond to you very quickly. I use this product A LOT while resting my body(such as when watching YouTube videos or a movie) so "1" of the bands broke after so much use and guess what? I asked how much they were, and they sent "them" right away! Free! I thought they misunderstood my email, so I had to let them know that I wasn't asking for freebies and I wanted to know how much the bands were, but no, they really sent "them" for free. Yes, I broke 1 and they sent more than that. Incredible customer service! Thanks Stephanie!

Product came exactly as described. I am happy with my purchase but probably would not purchase again because I don’t use it that much

I had tried everything, but working out my foot on this gradually improved the plantar fasciitis. I was so relieved. Now I use it on both feet as prevention.

This product would be better if heavier and staid in place when using it. Even on carpet it didn’t always stay put.

The media could not be loaded.  With my shoes off I can do toe curls and really concentrate on each toe

I noticed immediate improvement in my foot Less tightness, pain and greater mobility as I rehab my foot after surgery

I used it several times for several weeks and didn't feel any positive results from using it; disappointed.

I bought this because of drop foot due to some nerve injury and thought this would help with physical therapy. I think that it did help a little. I didn’t use it as much as I probably should but the wedge helped with stretching and the bands were helpful. The piece to use for supination was useless. The bands wouldn’t stay in the plastic piece and it was hard to get my foot into.

A great solution for doing reps to exercise the toes on both directions (curls and lifts).I find the bands a little uncomfortable on the toes. Would be nice if they could somehow be made easier on the feet !
