Easy to make I cook my noodles longer than it says too. I like them more tender, but the directions otherwise are exact great flavor and a great side dish. It’s convenient and a good price.

Yeah, I said it. We all think it but who ever says it? Mountain House, $10 a pouch and NEVER turns out right if you follow the dirs on the package. Lipton/Knorr, $1 a pack and turns out perfect every time. Mountain House stores 20 years....the yucky will last a long time! Lip/Knorr lasts many years and still tastes great! Hiking/camping? Buy these and the other three dozen flavors. Prepping? Still buy these! Seal a couple of pouches in mylar with an O2 absorber if you want decades. We pack 60 into a 5gal bucket, backfill with parboiled rice and O2 absorbers.
