Defective Watch Strap โ Repeated Issues
I really liked the design of the watch, but unfortunately the quality was disappointing. The strap came unglued shortly after purchase, and later a piece that connects the watch to the strap fell off. Itโs frustrating to have the same problem twice in such a short time.

Faulty product
Bought in November for a present. Watch stopped working so replaced the battery but it isnโt that. Clearly a fault and now canโt get hold of anyone to replace it. Awful customer service and product

Disappointed to say the least. Have worn this watch 3 times and the strap fell off from the watch face. The thin bar detached from the strap, and was going to keep, but sadly returned as I didn't want it to keep happening - such a shame as really loved the watch
