This is real Seiko. The blue is a metallic blue, beautiful color. It’s actually what I found so appealing. This is not a US version so no where to purchase locally. I would definitely purchase from the seller I bought it from again.

The have a strip of light absorbing material on the hands. So yes, they do glow after absorbing enough ambient light.
