The customer service team are great, and the support itself is really sturdy. Strong velcro and non slip backing means the brace stays in place well. It allows a good range of movement, yet keeps the knee in line. Easy to use, and adjust. The top and bottom parts are solid, so measure the leg as described in the description to ensure it fits. It doesn't stop you bending the knee, and you can do things like stairs without having to swing your leg out to the side. I am wearing it following ligement damage, and 2 weeks in, it's made a difference. I can still move around in it, but knowing I can't go out of line is great. I did find the pads at the side of the knee took a bit of playing around with to get it right, but they are so easy to adjust with the tool. I just had it in my bag for the first few days.

Works really well for my 90 year old grandma, she has weakness around the knee and her leg goes out at an angle, the adjustable pads meant we could straighten the leg and she can walk around with it without the risk of her leg giving way! She does find it a little difficult to put the straps on, but i've sewn them in place so now she slips her leg through and just does the front one up. It would be great if the straps were longer and a bit more ergonomic but the device itself, once on, definitely helps and we've seen a great improvement.

This brace is AMAZING! I am a professional Physical Therapist with over 30years experience and have developed a long term knee issue that requires both Medial and Lateral support. I have tried (and recommended) many braces to my patients over the years but none of them seemed to do the job. The quality, adjustability and design of this brace is fantastic and will have no hesitation recommending it to any my patients with knee issues from now. It’s beautifully made, relatively lightweight for its size and the design is genius. The straps are top quality and won’t collect “fluff” on the Velcro straps and the additional cushioned supports have made all the difference to the support and comfort. I can wear it all day (loosening the straps for a while every few hours as recommended) It come with spare hinge supports and is comfortably worn next to skin or over clothes. Can’t recommend it highly enough!

The product works really really well however the build quality makes it really susceptible to damage and the plastic parts being riveted to metal parts makes it impossible to repair. After a minor impact, the hinge cover on mine has bent out and no longer closes.

This is a really well made brace, and while I got the adjustable version it still didnt adjustable to where I needed it(so I returned it). Most other Orthopedic knee braces of this quality have flexation and extention wedges or allow for both of these to be adjusted and its a shame this brace doesn't have that. But the joints, attachments,frame are all really well made and easy to use. The brace came very well packaged to keep it undamaged. And the padding on the inside on the brace felt good, not too bulky but enough to stop digging in from the frame(however I just tried it on and cant comment on long term walking in it). The metal frame would provide really good shock protection from light impacts(and the website tells you what kind). It does have positives just sadly lacks alot in the main reason many people get a brace in this class.

Looked very sturdy initally however has broken after 3 uses! Not what you expect after paying what it was! Really disappointed.

I used this for my knee at first it was ok but after a few times wearing it a small rivet or pin came loose locking it in bent position I have emailed the seller with no response as the brace was a quite high price I would expect longer life after contacting seller they replaced item quickly and professionally I’m very happy with there after sales and would buy again from them

I love this brace it fits everywhere petfectly but the back of my calf the brace sits about half an inch off my calf and its fine it doesn't impact the way the brace functions ..i have OA and the key function.worls well i love this brace and since wearing it i haven't used my walker to go anywhere...i walk well enough without it .. i rate rhis brace 9.5 /10

When I first got this brace, I had trouble putting it on. And it was extremely uncomfortable. It seemed to be way too small, however, when I had ordered it, I was very careful to measure my leg for proper fitting of the brace. So I would only wear it about 5-10 minutes at a time. At one point I gave up and chunked it into my closet. A few weeks later I dug it back out and decided to try again. It took far longer than I had expected for my brace to finally conform to my leg. It took nearly a month, but the brace has finally broken in and actually fits my leg ALMOST perfectly. The lower part of my brace actually needs to be quite a bit longer, as I have really large, powerful calves that cause the lower part of the brace to fall right where my calves are at their widest. As such, even when I’m standing upright, the lower part of the brace is angled about 10 degrees backwards to accommodate my calf muscles. This brace works best when worn as tightly as possible. At first it felt like my leg was being put into a major clamp, but once it broke in and conformed to my leg better, it became far more comfortable to wear. Now I’m able to wear it throughout the day. It’s eliminated nearly all the pain in my knee. I’ve worn unloader braces in the past, as I’m a retired Navy Veteran. Ship’s steel decks are really hard on the knees, causing the cartilage to wear away quicker than it ever should. This brace is both more comfortable and provides better support than those braces did in the past. I’m glad I didn’t give up on it.

Fantastic support. I’m waiting for knee replacement and it is a great knee brace. Best I’ve ever had.
