Great new product. I've tried many magnesium supplements and I really like this one for PM use. I feel more calm and relaxed when I take it and wake up feeling like I had a good sleep.

I tried it twice and neither night did I sleep well. I usually do sleep well but when I can't, I take 1/2 a Kirkland sleep aid (generic Unison) and it seems to reset my sleep pattern and helps me sleep very well. I do take L-theanine sometimes during the day when I play bridge, which makes me anxious, and it helps a lot so I thought it might relax me and help me sleep as well, but it did not. Too bad, I prefer to take natural remedies when possible over medication.

I'm not going to pretend these things knock me out, and I'm really not going to set up a sleep study over a year to see if this works compared to the other Magnesium sleep aids I've tried, but what I will do is keep taking these.It may all be in my head, but all I know is when I take it I sleep better. I try not to overthink it, wondering if maybe I only take them when I know I'm very tired. Or when I've abused my body all day in the gym, and take it thinking it will help recovery.I try not to overthink what else may knock me out, because I don't want to know and ruin a good thing, like deep sleep which is what I have when taking these.
