If you enjoy cooking like I do, having a great finishing salt is a must. Salt is the key to flavor, and one way to improve that is by purchasing a better tasting salt like this one.For me, I still use the typical kosher salt for the dish, and finish with a dash of this on top. Keep that in mind and depending on what you're making, season a little lighter than you would normally.My only complaint about this is the cork lid - while cute - literally just sits on top of the container, so it could easily be spilled. This should be improved.

Lovely salt and packaging. The flavor is subtle and earthy. Salt crystals are perfect size, not too fine and not too coarse. Very happy with this purchase. I will use this for homemade thirst quencher and mineral replacement.

The best finishing salt I've ever tasted. WARNING: Do not use if you only want to try it once. Once you sprinkle a bit of this finishing salt on whatever you intend to eat, you will never go back to table salt.
