This was a great size & fit for a kids helmet. It doesn’t sit too high, look too large and looks like it has full coverage, for a half shell helmet. Very pleased.

My kid uses a helmet as a hat on the playground. So wanted something really light. This fits the bill.Stylish too.

I bought 2 other helmet brands before I found this one: Nutcase and Thousand. I loved the design of both but neither fit my child’s head correctly or lacked adjustability or was just too heavy and bulky. Super frustrating until I found this helmet!This Kali helmet solves that problem. It is adjustable in the back, chin and around the ears. It’s also very lightweight and has plenty of ventilation. It was also priced more competitively than the other brands. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this helmet!

I had been researching kid's bike helmets for awhile and couldn't find one for my eight year old son that provided both safety and style until I read about this one on bikerumor. I'm not a shill for the site, they just deserve some credit for such a nice comparison, written by people who know helmets and what to look for. They make a variety of sizes so it was easy to find one that would fit. The adjustable dial-fit makes it is easy to keep the helmet from moving around and the coverage around the back of the head is reassuring. He loves the green pixels and is stoked to put it on. The design is very Minecraft-y without being overly so. I'm happy to recommend it!

Love this helmet. It fits our 10 month old great, just a tad big in the chinstrap but it stays on her head really well. Super cute and breathable. My only complaint is that they recently took away the adjustment dial and replaced it with a stretchy strap. They say the strap is "safer" though I'm not sure how. My friend got the version of this helmet with the dial and she is able to get a much better fit in my opinion. I contacted the seller but apparently Kali has no more with the dial in their warehouse. I still really like the helmet, not a total dealbreaker but definitely disappointing because the Amazon photo still shows a dial.

Don’t hesitate to buy this helmet. It has a secure fit (unlike many kids’ helmets) and great coverage. My daughter loves it and I feel great about the safety of it. Not all helmets are created equal. This one is great!

I bought this for my 4 year old in size small. It's a nice size between toddler and youth helmets. I had tried to size him up to a youth helmet and it just was too heavy and kept slipping. This helmet is perfect... it's very light weight and easy to adjust. When I ordered, the only color option in stock was orange but we received the blue one. It wasn't a problem for my son but I thought it was worth noting in this review since some kids get particularly attached to having a certain color.

I did a lot of research on kids helmets before settling on this one for my 6 year old. I measured her head and she is at the bottom end of the size range for this helmet but it should still fit her. It does not. Despite making all the adjustments possible, the helmet will not sit right on her head. It keeps falling to the side. It wouldn’t protect her as it should in a crash because of the fit, so that’s why I’m giving it a poor rating. It is nice and light, and she likes the pattern, but due to the fit I can’t rate it higher. Maybe it’ll fit her correctly in a year or two, I sure hope it will after spending a lot of money on it. I missed the return window while trying to get it to fit correctly with adjustment after adjustment so now we are stuck with it. Otherwise I might have tried the smaller size and maybe that would have solved the problem. I would recommend sizing down if your child is on the borderline on sizes, maybe then you won’t have the same issue.

Great helmet, brought for my 8 year old daughter. Fits really well and has lots of adjustment so it will grow with her. I probably wouldn't recommend for any younger ages. Importantly it also covers her head really well to give lots of protection. She also loves the pattern and feels a lot more grown up than other kids helmets.
