These large dinosaur toys suitable for 6 year old children to play?

Yes, my son is more than 5 years old, he likes this indominus rex

Is the T-rex toy realistic enough?

As realistic as one’s imagination. After all I’ve personally never seen a real life one as they are extinct and visually are created by “it must have looked like” descriptions. However my kids like it.
