I found this multi vitamin and mineral (and a lot more) on Dr. Mark Hyman's website. He has tested supplements for authenticity, something the FDA apparently does not do. I found the company Metagenics, on the website and it has noticeably helped support my health. Also, it has an unexpected positive effect of helping my hair grow, which I have struggled with for decades. I highly recommend it.
