I purchased a newly built home a little over a year ago. so I couldn't imagine having to need something like this so soon because all of the appliances in my home is brand new. but apparently the developer cut corners and put in one that didn't last long so the one that I had is not flexible and began to leak. this item was easy to do it myself and install. I'm very pleased with this product. Flexibility is everything.

You really get what you pay for, in this instance don't even bother. After waiting almost three weeks it arrived and it looked okay. Upon installation I found that the 3/8 inch flare inlet was either so out of specification or incorrectly pressed into the hose that no amount of tightening would make it watertight. After further inspection the fitting seemed excessively loose compared to a competitors product that I had installed on a different toilet. The Eastman 48722 was half the price of the competitor but it failed. It leaked at hand tight it leaked at snug tightened with a wrench and it continued to leak when tightened down hard with a wrench. The same style hose from someone else had a tiny leak at hand tight that went completely away at snugged down with the wrench. For half the price maybe you don't get the quality control.

I use this product for a new toilet the previous supply line I had was over 30 years old and this is the exact same brand so I look forward to 30 more years out of this great product

Didn’t come with a washer and leaked on install - found a washer and added it and it still leaked. Total trash - do not order as you’re wasting your time and money.

No problem attaching to standard Gerber toilet. Product meets standard in connector sizes.
