Great! with some modifications
I could not stand one more night of attempting to sleep with the gigantic, heavy boot they gave me after ankle surgery. If you are not weight bearing, I think this is a perfect option to protect your foot while it's healing and the swelling is going down. Just make sure with your doctor that it provides enough support. This was such a relief but the straps were way too long and it felt like you had to wrap them around several times. I ended up cutting them off, making them shorter, and sewing them back on so I could get in and out of this thing easier. It has worked out perfectly. I'm so grateful for it. It also helps to hold ice packs in place while your foot is healing.

Just What I Needed
I originally bought the brace available in stores that sits on top of your foot. After one night the tendons on top of my foot were super irritated and my big toe was numb. Returned that and ordered this. What a difference. I wear a womans size 11 shoe and ordered the medium and it was plenty big enough. I'm using it for plantar fasciitis. I realize that sleeping in a big thing like this is awkward but I was in enough pain walking that I would do anything. I also wear it in the evening while watching TV. I bought new gym shoes and cut out high impact activities but I really feel this has made a difference in my recovery. I am able to slip my foot in without undoing the velcro every time so hopefully the velcro will last.

Just what I needed
I had a bad wound on the outside of my left ankle from a dog bite. It required surgery and was so painful. After some time I replaced the hard shell-like brace I had from the surgeon with this. The hard brace was so uncomfortable, but this was soft enough for comfort but gave me the stability I needed. I wore it during the day around the house and at night if I felt I needed it. I’m so glad I found this brace!

Comfortable and effective!
EDITED: I had to change my rating from 4 to 3 stars. The Velcro completely stopped holding 6 weeks after I started wearing the brace. I’m super bummed because it actually helped. I began wearing this brace about a month ago in hopes of improving a bad case of achilles tendinitis and surgery. I felt an improvement within two nights and am able to walk with a boot! The only reason I am giving it 4 stars, is because some of the Velcro is starting to come undone during the night because of wear on the fabric. I’ll use it until it absolutely doesn’t hold any more and either get a new one or replace the Velcro.

Perfect
I needed something to sleep in after surgery for a fractured calcaneus, ankle, and tibia. This was perfect 🥰

Comfortable, but not durable
Brace is really comfortable, but too flexible. It won't hold its shape so you don't get as good a stretch as you should. Also, velcro is already not holding well after only 2 months use.

Not good and poor customer service!
ALERT: before you buy this, consider it a Non-Returnable product although it says it’s returnable. Customer service was terrible and very condescending and I was being nice to give them a chance before I wrote my review. The product has potential but the support is weak at best. The boot lost it’s support after a couple nights sleeping in it and now I’m just stuck with it. I was in the return window, but was told if it had been worn or soiled in any way it could not be returned. She told me you don’t buy a shirt and wear it a few days and return it and same applies here. I’ve returned many worn things over the years and I’ve worked in retail and we took back all kinds of worn stuff. You can’t know if this product works or not unless you wear it. And it’s worn on the foot, so yes, there is odor on it now.Guess you live and learn and when in pain you buy things that look like they will help. This product did not help at all.I tried it a few nights and even wore it a couple days to see what the problem was. Poor design or bad materials would be my final thoughts.I’m on disability and a fixed income so any time something like this happens it hurts.Just want others to be aware of the product flaws and the people you will be dealing with.Nothing is more disturbing to me than a condescending attitude and I won’t do business with anyone who treats me that way and will try to warn anyone else as well.I don’t like doing negative reviews because they depress me, but sometimes they are necessary and this one fell in that category. At the very least they should put NO RETURN in the product description.

Help me keep my foot immobilized
The delivery was quick, earlier than expected. I have a broken foot, and I have to wear an orthopedic boot every day. Due to the difficulty of using the boot to sleep, I bought this product to wear at night and keep my foot immobilized. I'm happy with this product, it's comfortable and it's helping me. I just think it should be more closed, so I recommend you wear it with a thick-knee sock so you don't feel the stiffness of the splint and so your foot is firmer inside the boot.
