MB Quart Formula 1 inch Tweeter kit

Solid tweeters with flexible mounting options. Instructions might be mediocre since one of the accessories to flush mount may have been missing or the instructions were just not very clear. Haunted on the sale panel and a 2006 Mazda 3. Added great imaging since this trim only had lower door speakers front and rear.

These are what I needed to replace the blown aluminum 8 ohm tweeters in a set of home tower speakers I recently purchased. I added a resistor in series to bring them up from 4 ohm to 8 ohm and used the existing crossover in the speaker (not the ones that came with them). I trial ran them a BIT hard for a couple of days, they sounded good and held up well! Its been a few weeks now and those speakers are sounding great in my surround/music system. Because of the reasonable price and quality, I bought a second set because I have other speaker projects and will definitely use these. MB QUART has always been very good quality!

They're great. Crispy and clear. My over bassed system so needed these to help balance my sound stage. Even without an amp running them , they are still loud enough to keep up with my 12's. Well somewhat.

Nice tweeter, but was harsher than the silk dome tweeter it replaced. The sound is clear, it just overpowers the mids in a matched, 4 ohm system. (I had previously mentioned it was harsher, but I take that back. Once broken in, it sounds quite nice.) Lots of mounting options, and is a good form factor. There's no mention of which frequency the crossover takes place, which is weird because they took the effort to mention the fancy TYPE of crossover used. Anyways, I took off a star for those things. It's a good tweeter, but it's loud and that loudness makes it sound harsher than it probably should. Edit: The crossover is a 4.7uF capacitor, which at 4 ohms, makes the crossover frequency at 8,466 (8500) hz. If you use it with a woofer, you will want to make sure it supports that high a frequency.

I thought cheap price decent sound speakers I didn't even put an amp to him just off of my radio on my radio is only 8 watts the factory radio and a Ford Fusion and they blew the speakers speakers are garbage

Genuine MBQ tweeters at bargain price. £28 GBP. Great build quality & larger than the typical 1" tweeters, but perfect for my needs. Highley recommended at its current price around £30GBP.

Receive package all in good shape the box description mentions their titanium but the website and the company claims their aluminum so I don’t know what to believe there. Probably aluminum titanium expensive they sound pretty damn great. I had Hertz in there before unfortunate casualty. I had to replace those with these and honestly sounds if not the same better and comparable to 100$ tweeters speakers these tweeters paired with an amp properly tuned with an oscilloscope . These things are definitely a vibe inside the car, some head turners for sure
