If I understand your question & the make of the MoBo. ...Yes, it should work fine in that Motherboard in the M.2 slot. However you will lose the Sata 5 & 6 ports (The ones on the side) if you install a device in the M.2 slot on that board. This is due to how they trade off the bandwidth. ...Many less expensive boards have that type of trade off these days. More expensive boards often have M.2 slots that don't trade bandwidth with Sata 6G ports but you will pay more for that feature. You will still have 4 onboard Sata 6G ports you can use with an NVME installed in the M.2 slot. ...Otherwise, specs wise, this drive should work fine. - Quote from the board's ASUS manual: > "The M.2 slot shares bandwidth with the SATA6G_5/6 ports, and therefore the SATA6G_5/6 ports cannot be used when an M.2 device is installed." - This IS more of a budget drive, so personally I would probably not use it for my main system drive on a new PC build. I would choose a Samsung or WD or similar for that. But as a good fast NVMe SSD drive for additional storage, it should be fine. Has a 3 year warranty. I hope this helps you!
