While the packaging and functionality were good and it is definitely a genuine product, it is being sold at about AED 215 less than the price offered directly by Dyson UAE. The downside is that the product is imported from the INDIA and can only be registered at Dyson INDIA website thus UAE warranty is Null and Void. Dyson categorically states that the warranty is only valid in the country of purchase. For UAE residents, this can be a significant risk for such an expensive product and buyers should weigh in the advantage of marginal lower price over the lack of genuine warranty. Since I intend to take the product back to India, I have accepted the condition. The two stars rating is for misguiding the buyers in the product description.

Dont buy from this seller. There is electrical cable connection problem and machine is not working. Seller is not responded. I claimed amazon and they paid money back. Ban this Seller

Sadly the plug is not for the UAE you can use it with the travel adapter but I think for such an expensive item it’s hectic and they should mention that
