Can you keybind the sniper button with something else instead of dpi shift? And also the dpi up and down?

Yes to both. The sniper button uses the DPI-Shift function to change current DPI while being pressed.

It claimed 13 programable buttons. I only see 11 exactly like the g502. Where are the 2 extra buttons ?

The following is a complete list: Right+Left+Middle buttons, Back+Forward buttons, DPI Shift button, DPI Up/Down Buttons, Profile switch button, Right+Left tilt buttons, Scroll Up/Down.
