Good packaging and delivery. Overall quality of product is awesome.

Pros:* No rust, like it happened for "stainless steel" bottles I had tried from even reputed brands. This product is the best solution I have found.* Glass edges are much more comfortable to drink from than steel.* I have frozen the water in the bottle a few times, there are no breakage due to the water expanding.Cons:* The double walls manage to keep my water cool better than a normal bottle, however, it stays cool only for say 2-3 hours. Works fine to keep water on the desk.* The cap becomes loose in the freezer. It becomes tight again once outside.* The air gap between the two walls is not symmetric. The double walls are quite misaligned, seemingly 1 mm gap on one side and 2 mm on the other. This is perhaps a manufacturing defect.
