Wool Wonders Yarn for Crocheting, 4 Skeins, 640Yds/400G, Free Patterns - Wool Yarn for Knitting - Aran/Heavy #4 Medium Worsted Weight - Flaming Orange

Purchased the wool wonders 4 paks in Sunset colors. Each skein was easy to crochet. Skeins in great shape, no knots or previous cut pieces reattached. Not much shedding as with other wool products. After working thru three skeins continuously over couple days, no irritation to fingers. Just a pleasure to see my Nauticral pattern coming together.I wish there were more solid colors to use with the patterned colors though that’s my only distraction from a perfect review.Quality is good for the price though I wish more 8 paks were available.Thanks for excellent product.

I was looking for a 100% wool yarn that was a little “bulkier” so I was a little worried that I would not like this blend (even though its price is so nice). No worries! It is soft and works very well. The final product has a nice luster without it looking like synthetic yarn. See picture! It also keeps you comfortable as one would expect with wool. Other reviewers noted end knots in the skeins but that happens with natural fiber yarn sometimes and in 12 skeins, I had it twice. I really don’t think this yarn has more issues than normal compared to other yarns I have worked with in my 50 years of yarn art.

It works up nice. I didn't have too much trouble with the yarn turning really thin and then thick.It is pricey so make sure you don't many mistakes. It's almost impossible to frog

The skeins were a lot smaller than expected but i love the ombré. I’m making some throw pillow covers out of it. It’s really soft.

This is the worse yarn I have ever bought. There were 10 knots in the first skein and the second one had more than 5 knots. I cannot sell or put this item in the State Fair. I need to to find another yarn.

This yarn is really nice to work with. I made a cardigan for a friend and now want one for myself. The colors are lovely and the yarn is soft. I am going to try another color soon.

I will start with the one positive thing I have to say. The colors are pretty.Now on to the bad. There were three things I found wrong with this yarn.1. The weight is completely UNEVEN! As you can see in the photo, it ranges from the small end of a #5 all the way down the about a #2, which is horrible for my stitches.2. There were tons of tufts of un-dyed, white fuzz stuck to the yarn in various places throughout the skein. These were hard to remove, as they stuck out from the center of the yarn.3. This yarn is absolutely impossible to frog. If you make a mistake, it’s far easier to just snip it and throw the thing away as the knotting in previous stitches (even loose ones!) is beyond frustrating and certainly not what I’d expect at this price point.

I love the color scheme of this yarn which is why I continued with my piece, however, there are a couple things to know: The yarn itself isn’t even whatsoever. Considering the wool is a looser thread and it is mixed with cotton, I would have to assume that is why. If you’re making a tight piece or have an eye for small detail, this one isn’t for you. Also, there are multiple & I mean multipleeee random knots in the yarn which makes it so much harder to work with… I was constantly cutting the yarn because I didn’t want random bumps in my piece which is time consuming when it’s more than 10... For color options and uniqueness, it’s a 10/10, but when it comes to the overall consistency of both no knots & evenness, you may want to look elsewhere.

This yarn has alot of flawsBroken pieces as well as fuzzy areas on the yarnI also found that the yarn was extra thin in some areas

I bought this to make a small project and when it arrived I really liked the colours and the way they blended so i ended up buying more so that i could crochet a blanket

Love the colors. Nothing negative. Will be purchasing again next week

I love the ball it does split occasionally, it’s very airy
