Fantastic Electrolyte Gel
These electrolyte gels are fantastic. I use them regularly whilst running long distance and I find them really easy to swallow and the taste is really nice, compared to others in the market. Would highly recommend!

Delicious but sachet needs serious redesign.
Great flavour and boost but boy, that tear off needs to be redesigned. It's nearly impossible to tear off, when you do succeed it's the tiniest hole, and sometimes it just gets stuck, so you pull harder and I kid you not the entire sachet tears apart, sugary sticky liquid everywhere. Nonsense.

Taste and performance
Don’t take these lightly! They are super powerful and give you a mad boost. I got these whilst training for a half marathon, they give you an awesome kick and push you to go harder for longer. They taste much better than other bands I’ve tried. Great hydration and easy to open whilst running

Hi 5 High Quality
An easier way to take on energy gels with electrolytes. Been using for a couple of months now and no issues at all and they are part of my long run routine. I personally struggle to "drink" from the sachet and empty them into small reusable bottles.

easy to digest, tasty flavours
Everyone is different, some gels work better for others. I've trialled over makes but HIGH 5 are my choice for triathlon races. I'm now training for an Ironman and HIGH 5 will form part of my nutrition/hydration/recovery. The gels are easy to digest and don't leave you gagging for liquid afterwards. There are a number of different flavours to choose from, all of which are nice to digest. There easier enough to store within you tri suit or even tape to your bike, being light and small. The last box I received came with the new opening style, whereby when you tear it open the strip is still attached to the packet making less rubbish to look after.
