Handy Thermometer for Transferring Beer
This has been very handy when transferring beer from my kettle to my fermenter after the counterflow chiller. I've found the temperature to be accurate enough to identify when my wort is at a safe temperature for yeast pitching before pumping into my fermenter. Saves a little time rather than constantly checking with a thermometer.
