This helped my grandson have better focus and behavior at school (he can be high energy!) He takes it everyday and it definitely makes a big difference in his ability to sit still and focus on school work. Highly recommend!

Just opened these up. They are not a traditional chewy vitamin type product. These small globes w a harder outer shell and an oil center. The problem is the shell rather tough and not chewable. I tried one myself - if I can't chew it - I don't see how my two year old would. I should have got the liquid.

I bought these in place of prenatal omega3/dha gels because I have a hard time swallowing pills. These are about the size of a large pea and I just swallow them with apple sauce. I wouldn't recommend chewing them after the grape flavor it quickly tastes like I just ate raw fish skin. Not smelly and no weird burps. I take them at night. Half the bottle qas stuck together but one I was able to get them out they pulled apart fine. They do stick when they settle because they're not a hard gel they're on the softer side. Just shake the bottle when you go to take them after you unstuck them the first time.

My son likes it and it helps him healtier

I got these for my 3 and 4 year olds with autism and language delays. The gels they're in are a bit tough but my boys chew and then swallow them. My 4 year old is extremely picky with what he puts in his mouth. Luckily, he looks forward to these omegas each day. It only really took a couple days for him to accept them. Although a bit more expensive than general omega 3 gummies you find in the store, I'm very happy that my son is willing to take a quality supplement like this one. He has also started using some spontaneous language over the past month since starting these which may be a coincidence but either way my husband and I are happy to finally hear him start trying to talk little by little.
