If you need to replace your intake filter, this is a really good one. I like that I can clean and reuse it. After 2 cleanings it will have paid for itself in disposable filters. You won't notice a huge performance difference, for that you need to address restrictions on the exhaust side as well, but there is a little more throttle response, which is nice.I use K&N filters on all of my vehicles. They provide an excellent value and usually let the engine produce a little more power with slightly less pressure on the gas pedal.

This K&N air filter worked and fit perfectly on my Audi A4 2.0T Quattro. The installation was a breeze, though honestly I could have done it myself, I sent it to be installed at a nearby workshop and get the air box cleaned - simply because I was rushing to get them done and go to work :)I do feel the car's acceleration is smoother and I would always push it harder and faster especially on clear roads and on highways.In short, I'm glad I bought it and I will get the K&N's air filter cleaning kit to clean it when the time comes, which won't be that soon. In the long run, I can see I'd save some cash from changing the air filter from scratch.

Fits a 2006 Audi S4, but it throws cel codes because Audi is just finicky. The idle rpm's are where the problem occasionally occurs because it's letting too much air in. Not much of a performace boost you can feel, but I didn't expect that. It still does its job, but I'll be removing mine just because I don't like cel lights being on and the oil will cause me to clean my maf sensor more frequently. It's easy to see why this filter would cause problems just comparing it to the stock filter which has 2 sizes of paper whereas this unit is flat and the same size.

I've been using one for two years in a 2006 A4 2.0 L Turbo Quatro and it has not only increased in HP it has also increased mileage. I think it is a bit on the thin side compared to the stock OEM air filter it replaces but I've not had any problems with it. I'm now getting anywhere from 30 to 37 MPG depending on weather conditions and how I drive. I'm a bit skeptical on cleaning the air filter by washing it and using a re-oiling kit. By the time you pay for the kit and messy job of cleaning it and re-oiling it, you might as well by a new air filter. Bottom line here is it's a great product. That said, I must warn about using their oil filters. That last one I used collapsed and let the oil pass unfiltered.

I have replace my stock air filter with the K&N filter and notice a difference in my low end torque. It is improved and has made the car more responsive w/ a nice deep growl to sooth the ears. Very pleased w/ the upgrade to my Audi.

Installation was easy, i just looked up filter install on youtube for my b7. Engine seems to be more responsive especially in sport mode. I also like that it is a washable filter and for an out of pocket cost of 40 bucks it will last the life of the car instead of paying an audi dealer 100 bucks each time you need a stock one. There are so called cold air intakes for this car, but the stock intake is a cold air intake. It takes in air from the front grill, hence the cold air. In my opinion this filter change is worth the money and i can notice greater performance. Good job k&n

It does what a K&N is supposed to do. On most cars, though, if you are just using a drop-in-filter your gains in power and mpg's aren't going to be all that huge, crazy or even noticeable. So do not expect miracles. If your stock Veloster didn't beat that Hellcat last weekend, I don't think this will help much.

A tight but good fit into the stock airbox. K&N makes good filters and are even factory items on some motors (LS1 in our boat came from the factory with a K&N).Nothing to do with this filter, but make sure to take a vacuum and suck out all of the debris in the filter housing and inlet tubes, as a lot can collect in them. Also, take come compressed air and blow out the "snow screen" on the filter tube you had to remove to get to the filter.

Einmal K&N, immer K&N.Ich nutze diese Filter seit ich zurückdenken kann und wurde noch nie enttäuscht.Der Preis ist zwar nicht ohne, jedoch gibt's dafür eine ordentliche Qualität.Ich habe den Filter in meinem Audi A4 B7 (2.7TDI), Baujahr 2006, verbaut.Was mir auf jeden Fall positiv auffällt, ist:- Ein wirklich deutlich besseres und vor allem hörbares Ansauggeräusch, einfach herrlich wenn man den Dicken beim Gasgeben auch wahrnimmt! ;)- Aus technischer Sicht und laut Diagnosesoftware, hat man durch den Filter natürlich auch einen besseren Luftdurchsatz, welcher das Ansprechverhalten meiner Meinung nach in einem geringen Ausmaß zum positiven verbessert, eine massive Leistungssteigerung darf man sich jedoch nicht erwarten.- Wie immer, schön verarbeitet, passgenau und leicht zu reinigen.Noch ein kleiner Tipp, da manche Personen skeptisch gegenüber geölten Filtern im Zusammenhang mit Luftmassenmessern sind: Solange man das Öl immer auf der richtigen Seite aufträgt und damit nicht übertreibt (nur benetzen), wird man nie Probleme damit haben!
