Now I don’t have to climb up a ladder 12 feet to check my water tank to see the level Just a click on my phone and I can see the status. Had an issue when first installed with WiFi connection but it soon settled and is working great

I was very surprised with this little controller. Price is good and it can monitor 5 levels. SO I ordered it, not expecting too much. It works like a charm. I use it to control a 12V solenoid vale that open to fill a 850 gallons reservoir used for irrigation. Very good product

Works great! It would be nice if they added more freedom when controlling the relays and alarms between modes with a firmware update. Example relay 2 only comes on when water is above 25% in add water mode. It would be nice to use it as an alarm like in pumping mode. or have the freedom to use the relays and alarms as needed.

So I'm trying to control the water level of my 90,000 gallon Commercial Koi Pond using this device. This device is exactly what I was looking for with sensors and WiFi alerts etc. After hooking it up, the 5 sensors seemed to all work, but as the next 2 weeks followed, now only 2 sensors work. I am an engineer and not exactly sure how the device reads when a sensor is activated since only one wire attaches to each lead, and there is NO information about this anywhere. My guess is that one of the sensors acts as the common (probably the lowest sensor) and the others are the positive leads. Right now only the lowest sensor is working. Also during this 2 week period, I would get random alerts that the water was too high or too low, or both at the same time. But when I viewed the water level, it was mid range. In other words, I can not trust this sensor to perform correctly, or even send me correct alerts. I did try calling Tuya, and set up an appointment to help me troubleshoot, but that Technician who stated that they were familiar with this particular device, was not. I ended the call a bit frustrated. There were too many issues with this to attempt to purchase another one to try. I need a more robust system I can trust.

I set this up, properly. The first relay doesn't work at all, the heater relay only would work. Device doesn't turn on or off when it should, regardless of settings.

Se puede ver el nivel de la cisterna donde esté uno. Y si alguna sonda falla se puede reemplazar sin problema
