Breling 18 Pack G Tube Button Covers for Kids, Gtube Pads, Dinosaur

These are amazing. Our daughter’s doctor wants her to have gauze around the tube and changed daily. These have been a great alternative as with the gauze it lifts the tube and causes puss and these fabric covers keep the tube at the level it’s meant to be and keeps the area around her tube clean.

We LOVE these. Our daughter was born with spina bifida occulta and needed a couple surgeries. Her most recent surgery was putting in a “MIC-KEY button” (direct bladder port). It’s set up is similar to a GI feeding tube. Anyways, these work PERFECT for covering her port inside of her diaper to keep it clean and also keep it from rubbing.

I wish I found these earlier. I think I saw them in the past but I didn’t have a mic-key at the time. This time I decide to try them because I had developed rash and had been using gauze, bandaids etc to cover it after I used the meds and zinc oxide for the blisters on the stoma. These are very soft and go under an over the button. The rash was pretty much gone after two days because of their softness. There are enough of them to change every day and I plan on putting them in a mesh bag and into the washing machine on the gentle cycle I use for my more delicate items. I’ll try a couple first. Will update if it’s not a good idea.

Unfortunately these didn’t work out for us. The way the fabric raised, it was almost easier for my son to get his hand around his button using gross motor than it was without, when he’d have to rely on finger use to pull his button. Now he can grab the whole pad and yank! For us and how we intended to use it, it didn’t work out. If you’re looking for a different functionality, the style is cute. The quality isn’t top notch, but ok. They’re soft to the touch but also crunchy as a total unit? Soft enough for around g-tubes, so that’s good.

Hard to clean in my opinion. Fits great, very durable. My child doesn’t seem to mind them. Their structural integrity is good too.

Having a baby with a gtube is scary at first. When I learned we could accessorise with cute covers it helped with the fear. Super cute. Love love love that their washable! Got quite a few for a very good price also! Thank you

These are terrible! I’d give zero stars if able. I’ve tried using them a few times and each time I do the Gtube site gets infected and incredibly sore. They don’t sit flat under and over the site. They kinda pucker up weird and tug it up and to one side, which means they are constantly pulling funny on the Gtube site. My son has been inconsolable for two days now because of this and I finally figured it out this morning that it’s cause of these. When I changed it this morning it was soaked in puss and gross. Thank goodness I have others that work great (just don’t have a cover on them so I have to use a piece of fabric). These are going straight into the trash (can’t return as my dog ate some 🙄)

Every doctors/hospital visit multiple nurses comment on these g-tube covers saying what a great idea. They ask if I made them myself. Thank you to the people who do make them, they fill a big need with for our tubie kids. Very absorbent and soft on the skin side helping to reduce chapped skin. The buttons are easy to open and close one handed and the fabric (we have the girl dinosaurs) is adorable and matches all my girl's clothing. I hand wash these in super hot water with castille soap in a sanitized bowl, then air dry. Comes with so many we never run out of clean ones. Amazing product at an excellent price!

Really wish I could buy more of these but have been out of stock for at least a year!
