Q: What should I do if it bubbles/warps?

That happened to me and I was very disappointed, since I had used all that I had but I decided to put it in the oven again the next day and it worked no more bubbles, I kept an eye on it and pulled it out as soon as the bubbles and warping went away.

Q: Is this like dry erase?

No. It’s like old school shrinky dink. The child writes on it and then you put it in the oven for it to shrink and harden.

Q: Is there’s something else you can use for the magic press? our box didn’t come with one and i just noticed now.

You should have 2 pieces of wax paper ( parchment) and 1 rubbery pirce that clear with red trim that reads Mrs Clause press. Which one don't you have? Id contact the company.

Q: How big are the letters before they shrink?

5×8 and they can write on both sides. Plenty of room. And then it shrinks to about 2×3. Very cute!
