Superb product
Great value for money pen and kids are loving it.

Disappointed
I gotnthis pen as a gift for my daughter. Her bday was after the return period of the product. The pen did not work even for a single day. The support helped a lot, they sent videos to clean the pen (why do I need to do that for a brand new product),and I did everything suggested. But it still doesn't work. Not I'm stuck with a rubbish product which doesn't work and wont be replaced and wasted money which I won't get back.

I have received an already used pen.. The box was not sealed and had a hole.
Not satisfied . It was not a new peice we received. Also only 3 colors filament we received in which 2 are white .

Nicely packaged
Honestly? Not bad at all At first I was a bit nervous because of the reviews but its amazing. There was one thing I wanted to tell you that ⚠️ITS POINTY⚠️ for children under age ten, beware. I was taking out a piece, it was kinda stuck, I pulled stronger but then I injured my nail and finger so, four stars

Lousy quality. Did not last even a day. Had to return.
We got this 3D pen for my daughter who wanted it for some craft work she was pursuing. Hardly had she used it for a few hours that the front nozzle just popped out. We couldn’t fit it back in. This was the 2nd such 3D pen. The previous one lasted a little over 10 days before it stopped working. It is a waste of money to spend so much in such flimsy products. Zero emphasis on quality.
