These are very helpful to open your nostrils to breath better. They are comfortable enough to forget that you are wearing them. The only drawbacks are that sometimes it doesn't stick fully, although even then it's enough to do the job. The other drawback is that when you take it off, sometimes the glue still sticks to your nose so you'll need to scrub it a little with warm water to get the glue off. Also to note. You should wash your nose well before placing them on. Otherwise, they don't stick well. In conclusion: I highly recommend this product.

Very easy to put in and does not slide off easily. I was worried it would be stuck to my nose, but it never happened. To pull off, simple wet with warm water and it comes off easily. I can breathe freely while using it.

Probably a good example of "You get what you pay for." They are pricey but work well.

These strips really do tamp down all the noise from grunting and snoring during the night - at least that's what my wife says! She has me ordering more today. I have to clean my nose area with a little rubbing alcohol before applying the strip and then it will stick throughout the night. On a recent cruise, we spotted two fellows who forgot to remove their strips before heading to the buffet for breakfast! That's how comfortable they are.

There are several of these nasal strips, but this particular one that comes in the Redbox is the absolute best. It adheres to your nose all night long without coming undone. Your sleep is so much deeper and you breathe so much better. I highly recommend these.

Outstanding product.I could not sleep without it. Difficult to remove ( a good thing) . To remove use rubbing alcohol and go slowly then clean with soap and water. Or remove in the shower use hot water in your shower to remove and remember to go slowly!
