PLUSPOE USB C to Slim Tip Adapter, Convert Lenovo Square Charger to Type C, for Lenovo Thinkpad, Samsung S8/S9/Note, Nintendo Switch, and Any USB C Devices, Max 65watt

This is an adaptor for a Lenova laptop that is the same wattage as my new computer. I have several DART FINsix adapters. These are brilliant adapters, but the company went out of business very rapidly. I used this adapter to work with the Lenovo tip to convert it to a type C to work with my new Dell. Works great! The only thing that matters is the C-side, otherwise any of the tips that you can obtain to convert power will do. So if you have an adapter without a type-C tip, look for an adapter tip of your current adapter. The thing that does matter is that both the tip and the adapters are 65 watts. Many, many fabulous designs such as the FINsix DART come and go very quickly. I was dreading having to go with the huge brick that I knew Dell was going to send (which they did), so these Lenovo to C adapters are priceless. I'm going to buy a few more, to work with my other adapters. When I find something that works, I definitely believe in redunduncy, as these may disappear quickly, too.

I have two power suppliers (come from Lenovo). One is for dock station and one is for direct use of the PC. I bought the adaptor to convert the dock station power supply for direct use. It did not work well and charging speed is so slow and drain the power if you are active using the laptop.

Turns the lenovo square tip charger into a standard usb-c charger. Very useful

Works as described, but computer sees it as a "slow" charger, even when connected to a 90 watt power supply.

I purchased this product to adapt from a 100w Lenovo charger to a Lenovo laptop. It fits, however it reduces the chargers ability to fast charge, greatly reducing the charging time.

Just works. Get to keep my durable Lenovo adapter also.

I tried with with a 65V adapter with old Lenovo rectangle end on it to repurpose it. (It worked fine with another USB C converter I had until it fell apart). This new converter came in and it looked and felt fine, connects fine - just get the low voltage warning from the laptop, to "replace adapter and press esc to continue". I tried a 90V (more than needed for my laptop) with this converter, and same warning. I plugged in a 65V adapter that has a USB C end on it, and the laptop was happy. This converter clamps too low. I am returning.

I am using this to connect a Thunderbolt 3 Hub that I originally purchased for the Lenovo P1 Gen 2, which takes the Slim Tip charger. Now the Hub is working perfectly with a Lenovo X1 Gen 7 which takes a USB C charger. No problems so far, but knocked off one star for the high price.
