| Recommended Uses For Product | Before first use, remove all packaging, including the protective cover on the soleplate, and ensure the iron is unplugged. Set the steam switch to off and fill the water tank through the filling hole, tilting the iron vertically to avoid overfilling and leaks. We recommend using deionized, distilled, or demineralized water. Plug in the charging base and turn on the power; the charging base power light will illuminate. Place the iron on its heel on the base, ensuring the connectors align. When the power indicator light on the handle illuminates, the connection is made. Wait until the iron reaches the desired temperature before starting to iron, and throughout your ironing session, return the iron to the base every few seconds or whenever adjusting garments to maintain heat. Set the temperature dial to the desired level (see 'Temperature Guide'). The temperature indicator light will glow red while heating and turn green when ready. Allow the light to cycle red and green twice before starting. If needed, switch on the steam using the steam switch, which automatically adjusts the steam amount to the selected temperature. For stubborn creases, use the water spray button, pressing several times initially to draw water. For an extra steam burst on stubborn creases or heavy fabrics, press the steam boost button sparingly, not more than three times in succession for optimal steam quality. |

Great product
I still iron unlike so many others nowadays. Not every time I do laundry, but I iron certain items every time they’re washed and I’ve always hated the cord messing up my work. This iron solves the problem beautifully. The only disadvantage I’ve found is that it cools more quickly than a corded iron and you have place it back on it’s pedestal every time, but it heats up just as quickly so it’s not annoying. It’s lightweight and smooth. Just about perfect for me. I even bought one for my sister!

Great Iron
This iron is great. I sew and you use an iron 80% of the time. This glides so nicely. It looks very sleek, It is great value for a small price. It does a wonderful job.

Do not recommend
The charge does not hold for more than a couple of passes when trying to use the iron. It does not stay hot even on maximum temperature. You will be frequently going back and forth from ironing to putting it back on the charger to get hot again. One star only for how lightweight it is when using!

Good quality iron.
Irons well, but it didn't hold the heat for long enough period of time for me. Maybe I didn't leave it on the charging plate long enough.

This is what I thought an iron should be like
Finally found an iron for me. Off all the irons I've used during my many years, this one is what I thought an iron should be. Steam, no steam. Heats quickly and consistently. Long cord. I use the clean spout button after ironing is done when using the steam function.

Leaks
Overall a good iron except it constantly leaks, the water reservoir leaks through the water entry point, whatever that is called. I put up with it, but it’s time to replace it.

Horrible purchase
Horrible product, the heat doesn’t stay on for more then 5-10 seconds and always has to lay back down on the charge port. Water is constantly drenching my clothes and the time it takes to iron something I rather deal with the cord for sure will be returning this asap .

Large water tank but requires distilled water
I purchased this iron mainly because of its tapered nose and because of the quantity of water it holds. I am a quilter and press many, many seams. The tapered front end is so much handier than my previous iron with its somewhat blunt nose. This tapered nose presses open even tiny seams easily! And this iron holds a great deal of water so that one is not having to stop frequently to refill the iron. Love that feature! There is a sticker on the iron stating that distilled water is required, unlike many newer irons that can use common tap water. I weighed this iron against my former iron, which had no liquid in it. My new iron, about half full of water was lighter. This is a definite plus for someone who has had rotator cuff surgery! I have owned this purple iron about a month. I still like the color; it is something different than the usual gray and blue. The iron has functioned perfectly, and there has been no sputtering nor any dripping. However, I'm not overly fond of the 8-minute safety shut off because the iron frequently shuts off between my sewing needs and my ironing requirements. Alas, I shall just have to speed up, I guess.

I have hardly used this iron and it's already leaking, hope I can still return this and get a different type of an iron.

You constantly have to put it back on the base and it cools too quickly.
