It helps shape you and is good for a bad back. But for anyone thinking it will miraculously make you look like the small waist hunk in the pictures, well sorry, it won't LOL! If you have a large mid section, it will evenly distribute the fat. I have too much love handles, well it help smooth them out but it evenly distributed the bulge towards my belly, if that makes any sense. It did seem to make me look slimmer in the mid section, I think.

It doesn't really do what it says. Why are all the pictures of super fit guys? Not really the demographic they're aiming for..

I love this product. I read how to size but since I wanted a stronger compression I ordered it slightly smaller. My chest after surgery approx 41-42 inches around thickest part. I used with a chest binder on top 8 hours then just the shirt the rest of the day. Checking often to assure proper circulation in chest. Ask your Dr. Before trying this!!! I usually wore a 2 X L to hide chest and stomach but I easily got into a medium by following instructions and it feels great. I caused fraying on some using with binder due to hitting on velcrove. I have 3 of these and am trying many brands. It’s weird stepping into a shirt at first and feels like on legs it’s going to be to small but as you reach waist and put arms in and pull up it fits perfect for me. Hope this helps! I’m in search of best brand for me and other family and friends that suffer man boobs, moobs, or females needing compression. This one is nice for the money. But you need to follow instructions!

This was my second purchase. I’ve learned that many of these products run small but this one was the opposite and I had to reorder the smaller size. I’m happy with the fit and performance. They are hot to wear and aren’t magic so don’t expect your beer belly to disappear. I’m wearing them in combination with a diet and exercise plan.

I ordered extra-large I wear it when I exercise or should actually exercise lol the T-shirt is a little snug yes but I figure it's a little tight snug because I'm really really fat too much information sorry I just figured that the T-shirt would loosen up around my stomach when I start losing weight and I didn't think the price was too bad either you cannot wash this T-shirt in a washing machine you have to wash it by hand

Recent weight loss of over 140lbs and needed something to hold me together and smoothout the bumps. I measured my chest just like the chart on the product says to do and ordered the medium. It is snug without being too tight. Provides a very flattering shape. True compression, not just a "tight t-shirt". I LOVE IT! After getting one as a test, I ordered another 5. Very happy with this purchase.

Amazingly breathable, beter than other compression shirts i own with same 80/20 nylon spandex splitting. This breathes much more.

The size was right but it came up too short it doesn't go over the belly properly that was a shame the fit and everything was just right it just came up too short for me.
