I've used this product for a few years. It does what it says.

This Alchimie Forever Optimizing Body Contour Gel does provide some temporary, visual, firming to aging skin but the current price of close to $50 puts it out of my price range.This is a firming lotion that uses caffeine to temporarily give the appearance of firmer skin. It's important to know that there are no miracles in a bottle that will suddenly make loose or saggy skin look tight and youthful. The best you can hope for in a non-prescription lotion is modest, temporary, visual, improvement and this does seem to provide that for my old lady skin.This product is intended for lower body use. I don't know why it's supposed to be used only on the lower body but that's what it says. It's more of a gel than a lotion, IMO. It has a very pleasant, fresh, botanical scent and it seems to absorb quickly. It also has an instant, cooling sensation which is very nice. The thing I like best is that it is not greasy. I have oily skin so most lotions designed for aging skin are far too greasy and heavy for my skin. This is not.It does provide some modest improvement visually for my skin that has become crepey. Enough that I was pleased with the results, although they are definitely temporary. If this product was in the $20 range, I would use it regularly without hesitation as it smells wonderful and makes my skin feel soft and look less crepey. Unfortunately, my budget can't support the current pricing.

I really like this body contour gel by Alchimie. I know it is actually rather expensive at $49 but I was surprisingly impressed by it. It comes in a cute pump dispenser that works very well. The gel is not a real gel but a gel like lotion of sorts.This smells absolutely amazing and I LOVE using it because of it. It is very lightweight and absorbs very quickly into your skin. It is pretty sticky until it is fully absorbed, which takes like a minute or so, so really not a big deal. Your skin is VERY soft when it is absorbed and feels absolutely amazing. You also don't need a lot of this, a little goes a long way although since you do use it on your body you do use a decent amount since your body does cover larger surface areas than you would on your face.I didn't see any overnight changes, but I did find that if you use it consistently you will notice a difference. Yes this is expensive and at the end of the day you will have to decide what is more important to you, tighter firmer skin or a few more bucks in your pocket. Good products are usually not cheap.

I was hoping to see more then I have from this. I have worked really hard over the last few years and lost almost 100lbs. Needless to say I have some loose skin in areas that I wanted to work on. I have been applying this daily to my "problem" area.So the scent isn't bad but it isn't fragrant so be advised is you like very floral or fruity scents this doesn't have that at all its like a funky citrus like scent but not quiet. Once applied this feels a bit tacky on your skin and takes a good 5 to 15 minutes to fully absorbed. Very little to no visible tightening in the 3 weeks of use.I would like to note that the color and texture is a thin creamy white while the advertisement photos show this as a thicker creamy beige / light brown.All and all this just didn't do much if anything so for me the price point isn't worth it.

This is more hope in a bottle than miracle in a bottle. Designed to address aging, saggy skin and cellulite, it feels terrific massaged on. The fragrance is light and pleasant. Skin feels great but after a week it looks only marginally better. I've only been using for five days. It is promising. Time will tell whether it will look as good as it feels.

This works really well to keep the outer layers of skin looking smooth. No cream will actually reduce cellulite, but this has some natural and effective ingredients to help smooth out the overall appearance and make the skin more taught. I've been using it for a week, morning and night, and can see a difference. I don't have a ton of cellulite, maybe a 3 or 4 on a scale of 1 to 10, which may make a difference with results. I'm actually going to stop using it now, and save the rest of the bottle for bathing suit season. There's no sense wasting on myself now (self quarantine.) One thing to note, give it a little time to absorb before dressing. It starts out sticky, maybe for about 5 minutes. I really like it though!

I really wish this gel worked like magic. I want to see a difference. I am looking...closely...for the difference. I am sorry that I just don’t see it. I used it on my thighs—from my knees all the way up, every day for two weeks. This gel goes on nicely. It feels nice. It’s not sticky or gooey and it dries “clean” with no film or anything on my skin. It does moisturize. I cannot smell a scent (which is nice). I read that caffeine, if used every day in a gel or cream, can reduce the appearance of cellulite somewhat, for as long it is is used.
