I'm 5'5" and 128lbs, 28" waist and 36" hips. Reviews say sizes are big, should I go for medium or small then?

Not sure if this is a returnable item but I would go with small. In my opinion, a woman's body is typically enhanced by a tight fitting sexy piece of clothing.
