MAGICMagic 48 Treble Hooks

I use the normal trebble hooks and not these kind. But this I did use 1 day and it works its just the ribs that give me mixed feelings but I caught fish on them.

All in all, this approach works wonderfully from what I gathered in my last trip. Spring really helps keep the punch bait in place, as it gives something for the fibers to grab onto. Allowed for me to launch a leader 100+ feet in 104 heat without just flinging the stank all over myself instead of staying on the hook.My only gripe is that they are not the most sturdy hooks. Granted, I don't expect some full bore tungsten designer hooks, or even a Gamakatsu level, but was let down a bit. went through 2-3 simply removing normal shallow set hooks from 2-4lb cats. Individual arms of the treble will bend way out of shape under way less applied pressure than I would expect.Either way, I'm going to purchase more as they were great when taking buddies out who don't have lots of cat rigging experience.
