Right one stopped working

I purchased these hearing aids for my 94 year old father. Initially they really helped him hear and he was very happy with them. At four weeks the right- side hearing aid stopped charging and working at all. By the fifth week the left side had failed also. Very bad reliability.

I ordered a set of these, I like them they worked well, one of them quit working in less than a week , they wouldn't replace them I returned them they charged me for the return poor customer service...

I could not get the background noise to be lowered. Otherwise, it was an amplifier.
