Very good! This is the second low calorie, high protein bagel I have gotten. The previous unnamed company, the bagels tasted like cardboard. These are absolutely delicious!

So I am a little afraid to write a review because I don't want these to get sold out. They taste like an everyday bagel except with 1/2 the calories and over double the protein. In order for these to taste like a "normal" bagel...as soon as the bagels are delivered... take them all out of the bags....cut them in half...put them in the freezer. They toast SO well in the toaster in the morning or whenever. Super soft and just really overall an awesome 🥯. I don't feel like I am missing anything from a bagel with these. Yeah they are a little pricey but for me...for an awesome bagel... totally worth it 👍

Delicious bagels and high in protein

The plain Sola bagels are a great Keto option that’s low in carbs, and high in protein and fiber. While there’s a lot of ingredients and certainly can’t be on the “non-processed” list of food options, the ingredients for the most part seem relatively benign. This has been the best Keto bagel that I’ve tried so far, and it doesn’t end up leaving that weird after taste like some foods with sugar alcohols do. Four stars, would add a fifth if they could slim down the artificial ingredients a bit in the future.

Devious! Tastes just like the real thing. Wish they sold these in grocery stores.

Delicious! Chewy, soft, was afraid it would be weird but LOVE them. Prefer them to my old stand by brand, plus low carb high protein.

The smell taste and texture reminds me of a hamburger bun. For me there was a bit of a bitter aftertaste. But with some cream cheese and preserves, it was pretty good. Definitely not a bagel.

Can’t find these in my area so this was a perfect way to get ready made low carb bagels. Closest thing to normal bagels texture and flavor wise we’ve found. Not dry at all.
