MY NAILS GROW RIDICULOUSLY LONG, HARD, AND FAST. RIGHT NOW NINE OF TEN ARE OVER AN INCH AND I DO NOTHING TO THEM. I JUST HAD TO CUT BACK ONE THAT CRACKED AND NEEDED SOME REAL HARDY FILES FOR NATURAL NAILS. THIS COMBINATION IS PERFECT.. SO CAN YOU COME OVER & DO THEM?

Good selection of boards, but I only needed the fine one as my nails are very soft. The fine one is OK but still doesn't do the job properly but they're very Big and comfortable to use. (I haven't tried the coarser ones ).

Decent quality

First impression:👀 The kit comprises three types of rectangular foam files. You get 3 edge files, with grits that will remove and shape your nails very quickly. These range from 150 to 240 grit abrasive and are relatively inflexible. The FLEX files bend and start at grits 100 to 280. Finally, there is a double-sided shiner for buffing the tops of the nails at 1000 and 4000 grit.👀 The files are marked on one side but not both but it is easy to tell which is the grittier and which the smoother sides. I took some close-up pictures of some of the grits to give you an idea about the abrasiveness. The flexible files bend well enough to allow you to follow the contours of the nail edge or top, which is important when polishing.✅ I found that the 100, 150 and 180 grits were just a bit too rough for practical use unless you want to get a lot of material off quickly. I might just borrow the rougher grits for my model making activities. Grits 220 and upwards were fine for shaping and the 4000 did put a nice polish on my wife’s nails, first removing any ridge lines with the 1000 and then buffing with the 4000. I have longer nails on my right hand for guitar playing and they need regular attention to keep them in shape, and these files worked fine for me and with not being too bothered about polishing, I sorted mine out within a few minutes of filing. I was pleasantly surprised how efficient these nail files are. Probably the best files and buffers I ever used for just a fraction of the price (for a whole set) I usually pay for a single nail file.
