The tool did exactly what I needed it to do. took the face off with no issues. Yes its a little flimsy but it works. Used on nest hello doorbell.

I lost the key that came with my Eufy doorbell camera so I couldn't take it off the wall to charge it. Amazon to the rescue; in two days I had this that worked exactly the same way, only it's easier to use because of its longer handle. It has a bit of a grippy surface too so it's not so hard to hold onto. Frankly, I like this tool better than the one that came with the doorbell. Of course, as soon as I used this to unlock my doorbell camera I found the original. I'm glad to have a backup and plan to keep both in the original box near the front door.

Works as described. I lost the pin that came with my ring doorbell, and this worked great to get it off its plate to charge the battery

Works great for nest

I was afraid it was going to be too short since the doorbell is tight against the wall & the damn hole is in just an awkward spot.It worked out great & didn't even bend.

Worked as expected. The size is nicer than the one provide with Arlo which I lost. This device is larger so it's easier to keep track of it but still small enough to work in tight spots.

It's not official, but it does get the doorbell off the wall. And if you lose their silly little tool they gave you this is all you have. Good product.
