Complete set, with all screws. Easy to install

They fail quick, Terrible quality
I have purchased 6 of these and the inside mechanism of all of them wore out within a month or two of use. The prevents the push handle from moving easily and eventually stops opening altogether.Do not buy, they are not worth the trouble.

No install cutout template
Lock does not come with a install template to cutout in the door. Very frustrating, I have nothing to go after. Almost impossible to install.

Product worked fine. It came missing the keys and lock. It was a bunch of loose pieces floating around inside a bag that had been ripped and taped closed again. Luckily, I was able to reuse the existing lock, but for $100+ I feel you should get all the parts.

Clearly a used product.
All the packaging was opened when I received it. The lock cylinder was all gauged up from prior use/installation and the collar was all bent up.
