Neopets: The Official Cookbook: 40+ Recipes from the Game! Hardcover – June 13, 2023

I'm a 32 year old grown man. I still REALLY love Neopets. I have not actually tried the recipes, I mean to. However, the recipes are EXTREMELY fun and remind me of cookbooks I had geared towards children when I was about 11. This book seriously kicks ass. If your a fan of Neopets, it's worth it, even if it is just to flip through and look at. Also, sorry to my Neopets that I have not fed you in 10 years. Haha

I had started playing Neopets in 2000. It was a game of comfort and peace and has many fond memories for me. When i saw this cookbook, I had to buy it. The recipes are not complex and exotic ingredients, except for 1, that I think people of all ages can enjoy. They include templates for certain food designs and hold true to the game, and even gluten freeor vegan/vegetarian alternatives where they can. If you don't play anymore this is a wonderful trip down memory lane, or even if you don't play this is a very cute cookbook.

I got this for my best friend as a gift. As long time Neopians (24 years and couting!), I knew she would love it and would be able to have some fun with her little girls in the kitchen while getting a healthy dose of nostalgia. Might get myself a copy just to keep in the kitchen recipe book display because it's cute!

I didn't start out trying to write a rhyming title but here I am.I've been playing neopets on and off for 25 years and I'm happy to tell all the finance bros they didn't invent NFTs. I love this book so much I've purchased it from two different retailers for two different people.If you love Neopets and you love baking this is really for you. The art style is beautiful and the recipes are super simple.

This is an adorable cookbook obviously made by a fan with lots of love. I am happy to have this in my neopets collection.

I was sooo excited to get this book and it did not disappoint! i'm a relatively decent cook and i've actually dabbled in adapting neopian recipes myself, but an official neopets cook book? well, i never thought i'd see the day! as far as official merchandise goes, this is one of the greatest items i've ever had the pleasure of owning. fandom cookbooks are a dime a dozen, but these recipes are all based off of real food items in the game & they're as true to the original content as can be expected (not all neopian foods are exactly palatable to the average human, so they did a good job choosing what to feature)my only criticism (if you could call it that) is that there weren't more adventurous recipes, but this book honestly exceeded my expectations in so many ways. it was clearly written with love by fellow neopians, filled to the brim with witticisms and neotrivia. just opening the first page felt like logging on to neopets dot com and i couldn't be happier with my purchase.its amazing! buy a copy, tell your friends! we need a sequel!! <3
