Just started using it, but it seems to be superior to the synthetic vitamin B 12, with natural flavor instead of sugar and without a lot of artificial ingredients. Easy to take (dissolves quickly and completely).

My Dr. recommended I take a B12 supplement along with the iron I take. I do notice a bit if difference in my energy level. I haven't taken it that long so will post more later. This vitamin is easy as it is placed under the tongue and dissolves nicely with a pleasant flavor. I hate taking pills so this is perfect!

My B12 level was too low so I started taking these B12 pills. They're easy to take by putting one under your tongue to dissolve. It dissolves very quickly & the price on Amazon is very reasonable.
