Had troubles with the first ring we bought. A stone fell out in a week. Had to inquire about the refund once they received it back, as they did not process it immediately like they should have. We really liked the look of this ring so I ordered another one. So far everything is good, other than it seems like the size is a bit big. My wife took a ring that I had given to her to a local jeweler to find out the size prior to ordering so we could get the right one. It fits her perfect. This one is loose and spins around so we will have to get it sized. Hopefully we have no other issues with it.
