I bought this product as I have a dairy allergy and can drink A2 milk with no adverse reactions. I needed to travel and the powder form made it possible to still have access to A2 milk whilst overseas. The milk has a slight ‘long life’ smell and taste but I found if I made it with a whisk and blended thoroughly it minimised this. Inspite of that it is perfect for cooking with ie pancakes, scrambled eggs etc without it effecting the flavour of other foods. It is expensive but it’s value goes beyond the money. To be able to add real milk to recipes and cooking out ways the cost. Would highly recommend as an alternative to plant based ‘milks’ which have several additives as opposed to a natural, organic dairy alternative.

I'm a big fan of A2 milk for it's digestible nature ( look it up) and believe in full fat content. This type of milk fresh is not easy to come by outside of specialty stores. Additionally, since I live far from any large grocery stores of any kind, the convenience of the dried milk is priceless. I've also used as creamer in my coffee without adding water, very yummy. Milk is rich and tasty, mixes and dissolves well. Doubt if one could tell it wasn't fresh if they weren't told. Price reflects specialty nature of this product. You pay for what you get. Highly recommend.

I was looking for a high quality dry milk product that was organic. This product is outstanding and didn't change the taste or texture of what we wanted to make. My kids love play dough and making things...so when they were little I would make peanut butter play dough - they could play with their food (wash hands) and get some protein. This solo spring organic milk is top quality. The cost is way higher than the dried milk at the box stores but I think now days we should go for QUALITY with our food. I will purchase this item again for sure.

I live in a small town. The only store that carries A2 milk, just stopped having it in stock, despite having it on their website. This is a great alternative. Mix what I need to use and I don’t have to worry about refrigeration unless I want to have a pitcher for routine drinking. Must refrigerate after mixing with water. Highly recommend.

My kids and I, too, love this product for its creamy taste when prepared. I only wish it would last longer in our household. It’s certainly got the powdered milk aroma, but nothing off-putting or foul; in fact: it’s not really too noticeable.
