This is the mainstay of my breakfast shake and makes for a great base. Gives me the protein I need, as well as the other good "components!" This is now a staple in my pantry.

I like the fact that it comes from seeds, which has to be healthy 4 U. The taste is slightly nutty. It does not seem to mix well (so one star subtracted). However I like a protein source which is vegetarian.

I gave this great product only 3 stars because of the inaccurate listing nutritional panel description. The photo of nutritional panel was NOT from the pumpkin protein but from pea protein container. It has significant differences in sodium and potassium levels, and for those who have to watch their sodium and potassium intake- for example, for those with kidney disease- could be a big problem. I like it , it has one ingredient

Easy to mix in room-temperature tap water. Tastes a little like pumpkin seeds. Very concentrated. I expect it will work well in baking and stove-top recipies.
