Q: Will the size 4 fit my 9 yr old or are they for smaller children?

My 3 year old is a 10c. I purchased these shoes based on this. They are at least a full size too big though. On the other hand, the shoes quality and color is so nice, that I decided to keep them any way. He'll grow into them. I hope this helps.
